| Expertise Hollan McBride, M.A., has more than 15 years of experience in Sales and eMarketing, Social Media Marketing, Multi-location Management, Project Implementation, Meeting Facilitation, Special Events, Conflict Resolution, Human Resources, and Training & Development. She has worked in a number of industries including luxury resorts, casinos, spas, retail, restaurants, collegiate, consulting, health & fitness, non-profit organizations and eMarketing.
Hollan held a Director of Human Resources position, as well as eMarketing, Sales, Divisional Management, and Training & Development positions. In all of her roles, she was responsible for strategic planning, project management, leadership development, coaching, training, and team building. Several companies recruited Hollan as part of their start-up, grand-opening or business expansion teams. One such company awarded her the “Most Inspirational Manager of the Year.”
Life-Work Balance
Hollan leads a healthy and balanced lifestyle. She has a life-long gratifying commitment and dedication to philanthropy. Her athletic pursuits include cycling, open-water swimming and running. She is a seasoned triathlete and an aspiring half-marathoner! Other recreational sports include tennis, scuba diving, skiing, sailing and hiking. Hollan’s interests include world travel, photography, and art history.
Education
Hollan earned her Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior, with a focus on Consulting Psychology, from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University. Her Bachelor of Science degree is from San Diego State University in Speech Communication with minors in English and Political Science.
